Introduction
This course will concentrate on Offshore Marine Operations and will cover Operational and Managerial requirements for Lead-out; Barge Transportation; Towing of Offshore Facilities; Lifting; Steel Jackets; Gravity-Based Structures; Lift-Off, Transportation and Inshore Mating of Topsides; Offshore Pipelines; Marine Operations Overview; Special Topics, and other essential topics related to Export/Import Oil & Gas.

- To provide you a solid foundation of the requirements for offshore marine operations personnel skill sets and knowledge base.
- Improve your work efficiency and effectiveness by understanding an in-depth knowledge on offshore marine operation and design structure.
- Enhance your planning techniques by employing proper planning techniques in the various planning and transfer requirements for offshore marine operation in order to maximize successful and minimize failures.
- By employ proper qualitative and quantitative risk assessment techniques in offshore operation in order to provide the safer practices and procedures during various operations.
Training Methodology
The training methodology is interactive with group exercises and is suitable for all employees involved in functions management. The pace and level of the training workshop is customized to the understanding of the delegates. Ongoing back-up and support is available after the training on request to the supplier, and the training course is also available for in-house presentation as well as for “Competency Transfer”.
